Job Description
Objective of the mission
- Draw a testing approach, aligned with the OFS program, ADM and other OPS departments:
- Train testing team
- Coordinate testing
- Log defects
- Follow-up defects
- Report on testing status
- Advice on GO/NO GO decisions
Deliverables
- Test strategy document, test plan, tests set, tests cases, log defects, tests follow-up documents,
- GO/NO-GO documents, template for tester execution scheme, training session
Required level and content of education
University graduate or Bachelor, or equivalent based on experience
Personal skills
- Pro-active, team-player, very good organisation and planning skills
- precision and clarity (oral, written)
- communicative (with team members and with IT colleagues, our clients & other partners)
- experience with team leading
- very good coaching skills
- fast learner
- team player
- flexibility (in peak periods extra efforts may be required; willingness to work hard)
- ability to compromise on solutions with multiple parties (Business, IT)
Business experience required
Mandatory:
- IT Testing experience is mandatory (QC, test plan, test strategy, coordination of tests, follow-up tools ..)
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience as Project Manager
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience in (operational) Resource Management
Preferable:
- Knowledge of the banking domains
Technical experience required
- Test tool QC and excel
- Coordinate & manage Project phases
- Affinity with IT systems and processes
- Ability to work with IT department to transfer & explain specifications to developers
Functional experience required
Mandatory:
- Experience in test preparation & execution, roll-out support
- Knowledge about test strategy and methodology
Preferable:
- Cross-country test coordinator experience with multiple stakeholders
Language requirement
Sound knowledge of English and French and/or Dutch is required (spoken & written)
